Dr Cooper did an endometrial biopsy on me without first doing a pregnancy test. When I called him, upset when I realized I was pregnant because the procedure he did involved cutting tissue out of my uterus, his comment was “oh that was like picking a star out of the sky and will not increase your risk of miscarriage” In fact, I did miscarry shortly after that procedure. He made a big mistake, did not acknowledge it.STAY AWAY

This doctor DOES NOT accept insurance, so be aware. I had an absolutely infuriating experience after the office, stopped taking my insurance but *didn't tell my insurance provider that they had done so.* This led to a gigantic dispute in which my provider insisted they were in-network (and thus wouldn't cover the additional costs), and the doctor's office insisted they were out of network. I ended up being stuck with the extra (several hundred dollar) costs.
