Dr. Crook and staff at Genesis Care are fantastic. They explain everything thoroughly. Everyone at Genesis Care are wonderful people they do care about their patients and always made me feel very welcome. Dr. Crook always took the time to explain procedures to me and answer questions that I had. The radiologists that took care of me on a daily basis for six weeks were the kindest people I've ever met in my life. The nurses and all of the office staff are fantastic I always felt welcomed when I walked in the front office doors. I recommend Dr. crook and his staff to anyone that are in need of radiation treatment.

I have never been to a doctor's office that has such a great staff. On my first visit I met Scott, who made me feel very calm which I didn't think was possible. Once I met Dr. Crook I knew I was in good hands. From his demeanor to the way he took his time answering my questions, I felt very comfortable and hopeful. Josh, Piper, Kye, Lisa and McKenzie made my daily treatments very easy and quick. My weekly visits with Scott or Ashley were always thorough and helpful as they always took their time answering any questions or concerns I had. I also got a friendly greeting each morning from Nicole and her friend in the office. I can't say enough about the entire practice, they made a challenging experience much more easy to navigate. I recommend them highly.

Dr. Crook is very professional and knowledgeable and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. His entire staff is also professional and knowledgeable and friendly, which helps when going through a difficult “event” in your life.

Very disappointed in Dr. Crook, three months after treatment he decided to Bill me for "Planning". Medicare doesn't cover "Planning". Shame on you Dr. Crook!

Dr. Crook is an excellent Radiation Oncology - I have never felt rushed - he answers all question so I can understand the answers.
