I found Dr.Cullen about 5 years ago when I moved to the area from Virginia. I had been seen by the same Dr. in Virginia for over 20 years and Dr. Cullen took over my care without missing a beat. I have found him to be very personable and have never felt rushed through an appointment. He always answers my questions and provides additional information without being asked.

Same experience as other reviews. Extremely insensitive to my needs after a major surgery. Asked for office visit, only got email replies. Said he was not qualified to cont my post op care, then said he wouldn't give me any further work disab. notes & that I'm able to return full time, despite serious ongoing health issues. Blaming all current symptoms on anxiety despite the fact that I've been sick for 2.5 yrs, 25lbs underweight & recovering from major surgery. Caused me extreme stress!

Avoid this doctor at all costs. 15 minutes, didn't bother to ask too many questions, gave me a wrong diagnosis that caused serious discomfort from the medication he prescribed. To top it off, he charged me three times the amount other doctors have ever billed me just for one visit. I truly regret not doing my homework before seeing this doctor.

I get the impression he cares a great deal more about his practice than his patients and would rather email you than see you in person. He spends literally 5-7 minutes with his patients and moves on. He appears to be quite callous and insensitive to patient needs, lacking the desire to discuss or listen.
