Dr. William Dulin, MD

I am so so glad I went to AI4PS and had my gender confirmation surgery with Dr. Dulin and his team -- I really can't recommend them enough! Especially now, with trans healthcare the way it is and especially in TX, I very much do not take for granted the work that they do and the gratitude and privilege I have to have been able to have this procedure done.

My results far exceeded my expectations! I just wanted to be able to button my pants again but I look and feel great! In addition to the wonderful surgical results, I had a great experience with the staff as well. They are warm, friendly and do an outstanding job of preparing you on what to expect and how to manage your recovery. I am very grateful I found Dr. Dulin and highly recommend him!

Post chemo/radiation breast needed reconstruction. Dr Dulin performed bilateral reduction, keeping all my female features on both breasts (which other doctors who gave opinions wanted to remove and tattoo later). Surgery a success . Am very happy with his artistry and knowledge in addition to his doctoring skills. I would never have guessed the positive outcome. Some lipo was performed too which improved symmetry.Abdominoplasty was a surprise. I don’t have a vertical c-section scar anymore. Sculpting from lipo + reconstruction of abdominal area with an artist’s eye is no less than unbelievably beautiful. Again, I had no idea how different and pleasing I would look to myself afterwards. Wow. Before - sad-looking, hopeless. After - I look like I used to 30+ yr ago.Follow-up over the year post surgery was excellent. Scar tape a must. I also followed doctor's orders (!) which were well-explained. I would’ve never dreamed how much better i feel about myself.

Dr. Dulin is such an artist and competent plastic surgeon. He is most definitely a perfectionist. I had breast reconstruction/reduction post chemo/radiation + abdominoplasty. No problems post-op. I love looking in the mirror now - I still can't believe it's me. My breast looks like it did before. I have a waist. I was so stunned that I didn't notice for 2 weeks that my 10" vertical c-section scar had disappeared. Size from a 3X to an XL. The outcome will be better than you could have even imagined. It is astounding to see that Dr. Dulin could tell what I used to look like. Now, that's magic... I would, without any reserve, refer anyone I know to Dr. Dulin.

If I could give Dr. Dulin and his entire staff 10 stars it would be well deserved. Dr. Dulin, Laura, Hope, Lexy, Michaela and others on his staff were absolutely refreshingly professional and caring!!!!!! From my first visit with Laura to the overnight stay with Lexi I felt very much cared for and appreciate everyone mentioned and those whose names on the surgical side(staff) I can't remember BUT what I do know after spending over 1/2 of my life in the customer service industry specifically is the personal touches, integrity and the patience displayed when I asked questions; and I had a lot of questions. I had more than one procedure and although I had already heard of Dr. Alan Dulin's reputation for his excellent work and precision skills I can speak from firsthand experience as a extremely satisfied patient that I will highly recommend and have already referred Dr. Dulin to another friend. Along with Dr. Dulin's wonderful and loving staff rest assured you would be in good hands.

I can not speak highly enough of Dr. Dulin and his team!! From the beginning to the end, everyone was so friendly and detailed oriented. During the consult, Laura made you feel like you had been best friends for years. She made me feel so comfortable and was knowledgeable about the procedures I was interested in! Dr. Dulin was friendly and very informative about the procedures. He answered all my questions honestly and had my best interest always. The day of the surgery everything went smooth. Everyone was very detailed and made sure everything was correct and that I was comfortable. I appreciated all the follow up appointments! I had actually had three different, very successful surgeries with Dr. Dulin. He has pretty much operated upon almost my entire body, and he has done a really amazing job. While his insurance people leave a lot to be desired, he himself and his surgical/nursing staff are absolutely incredible! I am extremely pleased with the results. ????????????????????

I did a chin implant and I'm extremely unhappy with the results. The whole experience was disaster. First I had to wait about 3 hours after my appointment was scheduled to be taken. My surgery was complete waste of my time and money. My chin is crooked and big fat hanging under my chin. His assistance was rude and they were ignoring me after surgery. Cosmetic surgery should make you feel better about yourself, not worse.

I had a chin implant 3 years ago to improve my profile but instead I got “witches chin”, the implant gave my face a long and wide appearance, really crooked and big fat hanging under my chin, so I had second surgery a year after and the third one a year after that! Now after 3 surgeries my implant still is crooked, I have a lot of loose skin as well as scar tissue, not only the chin implant didn’t improve my look but also I look much older with all loose skin.
