Dr. William Epperly, MD

It took me several months to get an appointment with Dr Epperly. I had a gut instinct the day before the appointment that this was going to waste of money & time but it was too late to cancel & I thought I'll give this doctor a shot. After reading all my symptoms including my mental health, he just started talking about diets right away. I have bad memory so I usually have to read info In have on my phone to ask or answer questions & he was getting annoyed with it. He had a preconceived diagnosis that since I was overweight that loosing weight will fix everything. Overweight people are aware that we're overweight, if a doctor is not apathetic about the underlying symptoms but just wants to push his diagnosis then that's why most overweight people never loose weight or unable to stay on a weight loss plan. Also the office had originally had my info wrong & didn't send my forms early enough so not sure if checked my insurance. Can't wait for the huge bill.

Dr. Epperly actually takes the time to try to figure out what's happening with you. Other doctors I have seen tend to dismiss your concerns if they can't see a reason for it. Dr. Epperly looks for the reason and treats it. Believe me, you will also not find another doctor who knows as much about thyroid issues as Dr. Epperly. This includes endocrinologists.

I love the office and the Dr. He always spends time and thinks of all different ways to try and help treat me. Been going here for years.

I have been with this office for several years now. I have seen Dr. Epperly and Anjitha Thomas. I love both of them, their attention to detail, helping you to find a solution and their knowledge of Thyroid Disease like no other office I have ever seen. They changed my life and I could not be happier. I have had great luck with their staff as well. I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Epperly is an excellent doctor who takes the time to work with you to find your ideal health solutions. He's a holistic doctor who compassionately listens & strives to find the root cause of your issues, to better treat you. I highly recommend his services.

I like the fact that he offers both conventional medicine as well as alternative options.

I had an appointment with Dr, Epperly for the beginning of November. I went to him a number of years ago. His office is charging me another $275 as a new patient and the office staff was rude to me when I wanted to know why and then on his website it says that the office accepts MultiPlan PPO and when asked about this the staff rudely said that they do not accept this plan. I asked that they check into it and get back to me but they never did. I had to call and again listen to their rudeness. Dr. Epperly is a good alternative MD but his staff is lacking manners. I am not going to shell out almost $600 for this kind of treatment. Therefore I have cancelled my appointment.

The best Doctor I have ever gone to. He and his staff are fabulous. He spends time with you, and explains everything. I only stopped going to him because I moved to Texas.

Worst office staff I have ever delt with. Rude, incompetent, and all about money. I complained about it after sitting in a lab for 2 hours after paper work was written incorrectly. The office staff told me it would talk 15 min to fix!! I received a letter 2days after complaining about the incompetence of his staff that said I was no longer welcome as a patient! So his juvenile reaction was to get rid of me rather than address the staffing problem!!! KEEP LOOKING

I have not been able to see anybody in this office. I was very excited to meet the doctor or NPwhen I scheduled my annual check up. I had to wait 1 month for availability but that’s ok given the fact that I requested Thursday. They didn’t call me to confirme so I called them myself the day of my appointment. The lady told me that I didn’t have a visit. Strange, she had all my information but no appointment. I won’t be seeing them and my husband is leaving this his practice.

I have been consulting dr Epperly for more than 5 years, he is always been attentive and gives good advice.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This place is awful. Totally unorganized, don't answer the phone, won't return calls or give results on time. The front office people are rude. They make you leave a cc on file and oddly my card was compromised three days after that. Hadn't used Oh amyi card since leaving the number there so it had to be their office. Just don't go here!

Dr Epperly and his staff have rescued me from a lifetime of sinus infections and weight gain. I had struggled with undiagnosed Hashimotos thyroiditis only found after it had become a malignant cancer and I had gained 70 lbs. I was treated by other physicians for this issue in 2013-2016 and never lost a pound and felt terrible. After beginning to see Dr Epperly in January of this year, I have lost 25 lbs. and continuing to loose with no prescription pills, and no exercise, eating healthy natur

I can't say enough about Dr. Epperly. He is a great dr. with a great staff. He is been treating me for a number of different health concerns with professionalism compassion and many informed decisions. Whenever I visit his office I feel cared for and know I am getting the best of care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Epperly for more than 20 years . He has provided one of the best medical experiences I have ever had. This is saying a lot; as a number of my family, including myself are in the Medical Field. The staff are thoughtful, professional, and knowledgeable. The facilities are customer focused and always impeccably clean. Dr. Epperly always provides a thorough exam and addresses any issues and concerns promptly in a highly skilled, knowledgeable, and professional manner.

He is very concerned about getting to the cause of the patient's problem.

I originally went to Dr. Epperly looking for a pediatrician, but instead found a practice for my entire family. We've been going there since 2003, and while we had lots of issues then, over the years we've learned how much nutrition and lifestyle choices matter. Now our family is very healthy and hardly has to see the doctor. We still go to Dr. Epperly's practice for routine wellness visits. Love their traditional, integrative, functional, and holistic blend of care!!

After receiving horrible care for my thyroid condition from an endocrinologist at Delnor Hospital, I finally found Dr. Epperly's office and his fabulous physican's assistant, Sherrin George. I am not exaggerating when I say she saved my life. Sherrin is caring, concerned, willing to listen to my concerns and very proactive when it comes to my overall health. I can't say enough good things about this practice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Epperly since about 2007. He is the absolute best dr. I have ever been to. He takes time to listen to my issues. Everything he has ever told me over the years has proven to be true which isn't always the case with other drs. I also like the fact that he is willing to try different types of approaches rather than just push a pill. He looks for the root cause instead of just band-aiding the issue. (I wish I had more room to tell you how great Dr. Epperly is!)
