Dr. Foley is very caring about his patients. I was very pleased with the out come of my vascular vein surgery. He is a very busy doctor but he takes time to explain my procedure And made me feel so very comfortable. Thank you Dr. Foley.

Dr Foley and staff responded very quickly to my particular health issue. From my first consultation, to my surgery, it was less than a week. He recognized immediately the urgency of my situation and I’m convinced avoided a potential stroke. He took extra time to explain my condition, the procedure and recovery. Going into surgery I felt I was in very capable hands. I would highly recommend Dr Foley.

Unbeilevably knowledgeable about carotid endarterectomy surgery, extremely good surgeon, he knows his stuff! St JUDE hospital staff also gives him huge thumbs up. Professional but still personable, very approachable, answers any questions & concerns without any 'doctor 'tude', if you know what I mean.
