Dr. William Gaines, MD

Dr Gaines has been my Dr. for over 30 yrs. He is an exceptional excellent Dr. .He has been there for health issues. Complete dedication and truly cares deeply about the people under his care. He goes above and beyond for each patient. I would without a doubt recommend him to anyone wants a Doctor they can put their lives in his hands .with complete confidence. Totally recommend Dr. Gaines.

This doctor is inept. He doesn't do anything but say come see me in six months. My sister is deteriorating right before my eyes. Been going on for at least two years. Won't send to any kind of specialist for further diagnosis since he hasn't been able to come up with a diagnosis, you would think he would send her to someone. I wouldn't take my worse enemy to this Doctor.

Only focus is his agenda. Does not care what patient has to say.

My father used this Dr. Gaines four years He was diagnosed with cancer and not by Dr. Gaines because he missed the original first signs symptoms which may have saved my father’s life He is incomplete with his follow ups, his information to patients test results, and being a standup guy I would not recommend this Dr. Gaines person and or ever going to Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester Spare your family the pain and go to where the care is best in Boston Dr. Gaines is very complacent and is in it for a paycheck and not patient care Do yourself a favor switch doctors and or never go as a new patient to Dr. William Gaines

If I could give zero stars I would. Very poor bed side manner. I went because I wasn't feeling well, and came out feeling worse! What kind of doctor curses at their patients? His only agenda is to be right and doesn't actually care about treating the patient. He doesn't believe in using nutritional supplements, only synthetic drugs! Steer clear of this one!
