Terrible Customer Service From Office
I've been attempting to get an appointment scheduled with a pain management specialist here for over a month and have had a terrible experience with the nurses and schedulers. From outright rude treatment over the phone, getting hung up on while trying to ask for their fax number where records are to be sent, to being told I "better do my homework" when I didn't have the fax number for my former pain management specialist that is in the same city from whom they needed to request my medical records. They also refuse to receive any records via the "Share Everywhere" function offered by MyChart specifically for instances where offices like theirs don't use MyChart. Now I've also been told that I should go retrieve my records and deliver them all myself, even though I have trouble standing or walking for more than a few minutes at a time due to worsening chronic pain and progressing nerve damage from nerve root compression. They have thrown compassionate care out of the window.

The doctor is ok, but his staff are completely unreasonable and seem to think they can decide what medical care a patient receives. Lauren and Destiny made it very clear they didn't want me to get a simple anti-inflammatory that he had said he was going to prescribe for me. If they want to work to hurt patients, they shouldn' be in that job.
