we have primary and secondary insurance. The Dr. would not service our child because the secondary insurance would not pay out money enough to satisfy the bill. Never presented with bill nor letter of denial. They didn't explain how much service would cost. They assumed we were poor. The office manager never contacted primary insurance Flat out lied. Stated primary insurance "denied"claim. Dr. billed for 2nd visit but never examined our child. Just handed us a prescription for another M.D.
