I met with Dr. Howe for the first time today at Kaiser Permanente and was pleasantly surprised at how attentive and caring he was. I have seen many dermatologists but none so personable and thorough. I definitely recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Howe is an excellent dermatologist. He is very thorough and spends quite a bit of time with you when you are his patient. I feel he is up on all the latest medical research and knowledge and is willing to take extra time explaining what is going on, possible treatments and outcomes with you. I would highly recommend him, as I have already to many of my friends.

Dr. Howe is great! He spends a lot of time with his patients and is a wonderful doctor. A little feedback on the receptionist though-you need a new one. She's rude and argumentative and will put you on hold for a long time.
