Dr. William Humeniuk, MD

SURGEY March 21, 2025. Dr Humeniuk never followed up with me after surgery. Never called in any meds until I had to track him down. This meant ME calling his office multiple times, calling the surgery center multiple times and left a voice mail and could never get anyone to answer the phone and calling the doctors cell number and leaving a message and then having to text him. I had to do this after I was under anesthesia that day! He ended up hangin up on me after telling me 'Your procedure was the least invasive and you are complaining the most'. He told me to go back to my old doctor. This was my 8th foot surgery to remove a plate. Yes, this surgery was not as invasive as the 3 fusions I have had but I am very aware of the concept stay on top of your meds. How was I supposed to do that when my surgeon never called anything in prior to surgery.

I have seen Dr H 4 or 5 times. He has ordered tests and told me he would call with results, but he doesn't. I tried getting the results from the office staff, but they totally convoluted them. He has never sent PT orders when he said he would. There was never any carry over from appointment to appointment, and it was always like I was on a new page with the doctor, even follow-up visits for the same problem. I have complex musculo-skeletal issues as well as underlying injuries, and you kind of expect this is in your chart from the beginning and the doctor would at least glance at it before coming into the room, but I found this not to be the case. The doctor talks down to me, talking continuously so I couldn't get a word in edgewise or ask any questions. One time, the staff left me a message telling me the doctor wanted to change my appointment time. It was impossible for me to come when they told me to, but they did not pick up the phone so I couldn't tell them.

My daughter, and now I, have been seeing Dr. Humeniuk for 21 years now. He is the most brilliant doctor and really explores everything. He's so personable and very friendly with children and adults. Ms. Tracy is great at front desk!

Omgoodness! I have no idea who they have working/answering the office phones. But this young lady was nothing less than rude. I was trying to make an appointment for my son (NEW patient appointment). I just had to let her know that because of her rude attitude and impatience with me I would be searching out a different orthopedic doctor. They should be ashamed having someone this this representing their office.

Made sure every question was answered and didn't just settle for a decision without every single detail of my condition on the table. Worth the wait time because he is soo helpful and caring and wants to ensure you feel comfortable being moving forward. Definitely recommend.

Office is horrible. My first appointment was rescheduled because Dr was on vacation. 2nd appointment waited for 45 minutes and was told I was next. Then Dr went into wrong office. No respect for my time. I walked out and suggest everyone else go somewhere that shows respect

Dr. Humeniuk is fantastic and went above and beyond to find out what was wrong with me. Instead of just assuming that my symptoms were a result of my current diagnosis, he took the time to run other tests, and found some unrelated problems. However, it is nearly impossible to get test results. I have called several times, and on the rare occasion that someone answers, I am told that they will check with him and call me back, but they never do.I will be finding another doctor with better staff.

We have been seeing Dr. Humeniuk since 2005 when my 7 year old developed rapidly progressing scoliosis. Dr. Humeniuk worked with us and was very gentle and understanding to my fears as a parent and my daughter's fears as well. He gave us creative options and worked closely with monitoring her. He also discovered that my son and my daughter both had symptoms of EDS and he put us on the right path to pursue other health practitioners who could confirm his suspicions. He is my favorite doctor!

Another specialist referred us to Dr. Humeniuk-extremely pleased with his care.-daughter/I had the unfortunate experience of being overlooked by others that were too busy to take the time to provide care she needed. We were told her wrist was fine when in fact after Dr. Humeniuk looked at it he confirmed it was broken as we had suspected all along. Trust your gut-get 2nd opinion or just go with Humeniuk so you don't have to. There is a wait because he actually takes time to listen to his patient

I has really bad experience with doctor Humeniuk ,his attitude towards patient is really bad. Let me share my experience. I had the appointment early morning, I was the first patient according to the staff at the time when i took the appointment but when i went there and they put me into a room and then waited for an hour, I asked the staff why it's taking too long and they said that you are the next, waited for few more minutes but i did not have more time to wait there, so i told staff that t

Two of my daughters and I have been patients of Dr. Humeniuk over the past three years. We have found him extremely generous in his time - always thoroughly answering all our questions. He has expertly handled our needs from routine sports injuries to complex foot/ankle surgeries on my family. Front office is friendly and helpful. Scheduling appointments is a breeze. After multiple bad experiences with other providers, Dr. Humeniuk was a refreshing change - we would not go anywhere else.

Dr. humeniuk is a rare Doctor. He listens well and is a thinker. I would absolutely recommend this doctor. He was right on with a rare syndrome that my daughter was diagnosed with. My daughter also really liked the Doctor as well which also is very important! Five star
