I had surgery by this doctor, and he knew that his hardware failed less then a month. Today, I have a screw in my chest and another was removed not my this doctor. This day. Im heading to the hospital 9/19 I think another screw came out I'm in pain and discomfort. So this doctor needs punished and next fas I'm calling this press. Al.

Dr. Honeycutt did a neck surgery on my husband. Approximately three weeks later my husband made an appointment because he could feel something scraping the back of his throat. An X-ray was taken and my husband sent home. Three weeks after that I took my husband to the ER to find out that one screw had come out and one WAS scraping his throat. He had surgery that night and only one screw was removed due to the massive infection he had developed. He is in IV antibiotics for 6 weeks, 23 hours a day and then Will be on an antibiotic pill for the rest of his life. Today I got his medical records and it say that on his visit it was noticed the screws were loose. My question is why did we not know and why did the Dr. do no followup? My husband did not deserve this from someone who was supposed to help him.

Dr Honeycutt is a supremely talented neurosurgeon, the doctor performed a 5 level Fusion 9 months ago, I am currently still recovering and I have some nerve paralysis in my right leg after a rollover motor vehicle accident. The good doctor is extremely focused and tells you like it is... My paralysis was expected but it is daily improving I had to learn to walk again and presently I am experiencing pain but this is all expected I had no choice but surgery and Dr Honeycutt did a fantastic job.

Dr. Huneycutt and Annie Dixon spent an inordinate amount of time discussing my MRI and back issues. Both have terrific bed side manners and took the time to answer all my questions even though they may have seemed irrelevant at times.
