Does not care. Always unavailable. Will leave a patient in limbo and does not address prognosis with family, in fact evades this process by saying "best to wait until Monday to see if there is a change." Happens way too often because his shift ends Sunday at 630pm. Nurses dread working with him. He is there for the check.
