Don’t bother calling! Only his nurse can give you an appointment with Dr. Irr; and she does NOT return calls. I was a long-time patient, and the nurse couldn’t even be bothered to refill my prescription. This is his choice, his responsibility.

Only rated this 1 star as 0 stars wasn’t an option! Tried to make an appointment-told to fill out massive amount of paperwork online. Filled it out and received a confirmation email that it had been received. Called back the next day and was told by a snotty receptionist that I would have to wait for a nurse to contact me to schedule my appointment. When I asked for a time line, she got even more snotty (if possible) and said I would have to wait for a nurse and it could be up to 72 more hours before someone would get with me to schedule an appointment. I have NEVER had to wait for 4 days to set up an appointment! Contacted another neurologist and within 10 minutes I had an appointment scheduled and had given all of my medical information. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional!!! I wonder if the physicians actually know or care how their staff (snotty receptionist) are causing them to lose patients?!?

Dr.Irr is very attentive, professional excels in explaining his diagnosis/plan of treatment, shows compassion. With the Covid19 reaches out to follow his patients. I highly recommend him!! Very Appreciative to have a Physician like Dr.Irr ????

I had surgical complications from brain surgery that left me on intermittent bedrest with disabling pain for close to two years. I went to so many doctors to try to solve the issue. No one listened or was able to help after many visits. Dr. Irr listened to me. I took one test to confirm the issue, and after a short treatment, had my life back. I am forever grateful for Dr. Irr.

Incompetent, unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate office staff. I filled out their 20 page application online then a week later Elvira called and asked for previous Dr.records. I gave them to her and here it is 3 weeks later and I never heard back from them to set an appointment so I called and they couldn’t even find me in the computer. Is this a Dr. office or a circus? These people shouldn’t be allowed to work with the public. If they can’t keep up with paperwork I sure don’t trust them to examine me! "

His warm inviting approach is engaging, informative, knowledgeable and very reassuring. I know that I am in good hands when he thoroughly goes over my tests and exams. I would recommend to anyone. He’s the BEST!!!

Dr Irr is great and knows his stuff. He helped me out a lot with my lower back. However, there is a lady that works in the front that has been extremely rude to me and others. She was so rude and unhelpful that I could not give more than one star.

My neurologist of many years retired and I saw Dr. Irr because I was experiencing long term neurological and muscular problems resulting from a brain injury. He said he would work until we found an answer. Performed an EMG and told me nothing but that I might want to see a rheumatologist, which I had previously done. He was brusque and no help at all.

Very attentive listener and interviewer. Very thorough in his examinations and explains everything clearly.
