Complete lack of follow up
I have been seeing Dr. Jaffe for several years now and have been satisfied up until now. I've recently had an issue with my blood pressure and medication. I have spent the last 3 weeks trying to get some guidance from Dr. Jaffe with no success. When I call, and if I can get through to actually talk to someone, they don't get back to you at all. At least 4 times that I've called, they've answered and said 'can I put you on a brief hold' and before you can respond, they put you on hold only to never come back to you. I've been without my medication for 2 weeks now and my blood pressure has been reading high. Apparently this office has no concern for their patients. I will not be returning to this group and will find a new cardiologist.

He saved my life tested and set up bypass. Called as soon as results in an I saw a surgeon hours before my family had to shop for a coffin. He did not waste any time to diagnose my issues.

Dr jaffe doesn’t care about his patients I waited almost 2hours to see him once I did he was in and out in 3 min I’ve seen him twice and each time he was in a rush this guy doesn’t care worse doctor ever . Seems to alway be running behind .Very caring staff and a sweet heart M.A Amanda help us and made us feel welcome she going to be a great doctor one day jaffe could learn a lot from her.
