Last guy I ever want to see again
Horrible- the doc is a cold uncaring chump. I would have been better off talking to a wall.

DR. Kim form Kaiser, Woodland Hills, answered all our questions. Explained options and was good to refer us to a surgeon immediately. He is polite. He is excellent with email communication, very responsive and answered every question and concern I asked via email almost immediately.

Dr. William Heun Yun Kim at Kaiser Woodland Hills. In a part of the exam, where he tests muscles, nerves, etc., I flinch at a few points, and He said, "I'm barely touching you, it hurts THAT bad?" or when I asked him how I had disc bulge at my age, his reply was "Almost EVERY person has disc bulge, it's just that some people it doesn't cause pain." Almost every question I asked, he did answer, however, it was met with defensiveness, condescension and what I find most egregious, his lack of compassion in his delivery. Additionally, he made it a point to say, "I'm sorry I'm not telling you what you want to hear"....this was said after I asked him why the disc bulge had gotten larger in the last 3 months. I said Dr. Kim, what happens if the disc bulge keeps getting bigger? With a deadpan look on his face, he stared at me for a few seconds and replied, "Paralysis". Do you not think I left his office, fearful, anxious shocked, and more than sullen by that answer.
