Great doctor
Dr kozac has been my families doctor for the past 6 years. He's great so around. Explains things so you can understand them. Very patient to answer all of your questions. Very friendly and welcoming. Always Quick to get us in if it is something serious. The staff is great also. My favorite doctor yet.

Last post is bull dr kozak is awesome and cares
He is so personable and don’t talk down at you gets on your level and he is very caring and not judgmental . See for yourself my William kozak started as a doctor and became a close friend. He removed staples and the nurse held my hand she is the sweetest. So please don’t leave lies about my doctor I don’t appreciate it . Jesse stokes

Another sellout doctor
Dr. Kozak used to be one of the most caring and thoughtful doctors you could ask for!! That has all changed in the past year, calls not returned, rushes appointments and when you call for a tick bite needing an antibiotic they try to schedule for the next week!! Ya thanks doc let’s wait on Lyme diesease! He has changed so much and seems to be about money now instead of his patients!! What a disappointment!

Dr Kozak is a very caring and dedicated doctor. I have been seeing him since he first began his practice and wouldn't have any other doctor. I have referred many friends and relatives to him, knowing they are in good hands.
