Dr Lane and his staff at the Bourne office are Great. I was relieved to walk into a medical office and not be hounded about wearing a mask. Very comfortable and I would highly recommend!

They are kind people, but unprofessional when It comes to patients needs. dr. Lane senior believes people shouldn’t wear masks and said that young people wearing masks should “get a life” and staff all agreed. his staff made some in appropriate comments while I was coming out of anesthesia. Do not use this facility if you are in pain, they have no emergency appointments. I was left in a freezing cold room for an hour pre op. The window was open when they brought me in. I gave them strict instructions for the IV because I have reynauds and they were not followed at all. Three people were informed to not shake me or yell to wake me up because I had traumatic experiences previously. A good nurse knows enough to listen to their patients, no one did that. They literally did everything I asked them not to do. I woke up crying and shaking. I was also offered an earlier surgery date and not 10 minutes later they said he want coming in and canceled the appointment. It was so frustrating!

Dr Lane is great! His staff is also super. I would highly recommend

I visited Dr. Lane's practice for wisdom teeth extraction. Being immune compromised, I do not venture out of my home, during COVID, for close interaction with strangers unless it is unavoidable. Walking in to the Lane practice was comforting. The professional standard they have, in place for COVID, are very reassuring. I never once felt at risk. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Lane came in to explain why I needed the extractions and he treated me as if I had a functioning brain which is a welcome change from the way some medical professionals treat patients. The follow up visits have been of the same caliber. I don't WANT to visit Dr. Lane, again but, if I do, I will feel very comfortable doing so.

Both Dr. Lanes and their staff were fantastic. They have created a state of the art dental practice.

This practice and Dr Lane could not have been a better experience for my wife and me. She was in trouble (emergency) with an abscessed tooth that needed immediate attention. First contact was with Vee in the front office who went above and beyond to squeeze us into a completely full schedule the day we called! Others we tried closer to home wouldn’t even consider seeing us. We arrived assuming we would have a consultation followed by a plan for day(s) to come. Dr Lane took one look and declared she needed attention right away. 90 minutes later we left minus one bad tooth and with relief for pain and the prospect of a nights sleep for the first time in days. Top to bottom this practice is first rate. Caring, professional, and skilled. Five stars! Can’t thank these folks enough.

Had a tooth extraction last week. Dr. Lane did a great job making me comfortable and the staff at his office's have been kind and helpful to me during my calls with questions.

So appreciative of the care I received from the doctors and staff at Lane Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. I delayed a necessary procedure after having a tooth pulled elsewhere several years ago. I finally decided to have the work done and chose LOMS due to their excellent reputation and had a totally different experience. Dr. Will Lane removed my tooth and Dr. Bill Lane placed my implant. I was awake and alert through the entire procedure and it all went quickly and… pain free! It has been over two weeks since the procedure and recovery has gone just as well. I’ve reflected on why this experience was so different from my last and decided it has a lot to do with their professionalism but everything to do with their kind and caring attitude. I highly recommend this practice. Oh, almost forgot to mention my reservations in having oral surgery during the pandemic. Turned out there was no need for concern. I was greeted at the door and was taken directly back to an examining room

Dr. Lane and his entire team by far are the best. Having to have an extraction with implant two years ago then 3 wisdom teeth removed during a pandemic can be frightening. But they have that covered from an air flow system to strict protocal of cleanliness and taking the time to explain everything to just the right pain formula is impressive. I never got any swelling just bruising feeling. I was so impressed by the care he gives you. You will never find a better doctor and team. It also speaks volumes to seeing the same team members year after year.
