I thought the office staff were professional and fine. The pharmacist lady was nice. I didn't wait very long for my appointment. He listened and addressed all of my concerns for myself and my daughter.

Dr. Leahy gave me absolutely terrible patient care. I was severely depressed in 2018 for almost a year & I saw & Dr Leahy about 6 months. My final visit, He didn’t schedule a follow up visit for 60 days. The chart literally says “patient is having suicidal thoughts” yet moderate depression!!!. This is SEVERE depression & should be monitored at least every 30 days with a psych consult. Also, he recommended a genetic study & stated it would cost 300$ or less. The total bill was 500$. The office manager Jenny was absolutely terrible when I voiced my concerns for Dr. Leahy & his bad patient care & his misquote of my genetic study. On top of of all this, he didn’t even review the genetic ordered study. It revealed that I have a double genetic mutation called MTHFR that explains my mental health issues. I had to adjust my diet, find a physician who was competent & now I feel amazing. I was very close to taking my life & this horrible patient care could have caused a tragedy!

Wrong prescription was called in for daughter, the wrong prescription cost $90. The correct medication cost $11.00. I was told nothing could be done to compensate for wrong medication being called in, I’m just out the $90.

I've been assured by the scheduling receptionist that I'd be able to return to work on time, but 3 out of 4 times this has not been the case. When speaking with the receptionist explaining that I needed to return to work, they become defensive and rude. This past visit turned me off from this office completely. I was so frustrated and humiliated by the experience that I'm sharing.. I understand the office is busy, but being unorganized and rude is unacceptable.

Unfortunately, I've experienced rudeness from the receptionist on several occasions. She's worked there a long time but seems like she doesn't enjoy her job, especially when the reception area is very busy and she's there alone. I do understand the issue of being short staffed, however, I don't appreciate the receptionist taking her frustrations out on a patient calling for assistance. I've been a patient for four years, but with a grumpy receptionist and long wait times, I may go elsewhere.

Office staff are often unpleasant when called. As an established patient, you can expect to wait two weeks before getting an appointment if you are sick and the office staff will laugh at you and tell you to go to an ER or Urgent Care if you request an earlier appointment. Dr. Leahy, the medical assistants, and the nurses are pleasant enough, if you actually get to be seen.

Dr. Leahy does a good job but plan for extra wait time. Left this Doctor because it was always an hour wait in the lobby than a half hour to an hour in the room.

The receptionists are rude, the average time I spend in office for a scheduled visit is 1 to 1.5 hrs. Of that time only about 10 minutes is with Dr. Leahy
