Dr Lockwood is very professional and obviously highly intelligent in his field. I felt very comfortable with him and his recommendations.

Not sure how I can rate Dr Lockwood in regards to treatment since he did not treat me. The process was slow and painful just to get an appt. I had to send my own prior diagnoses and my chart information from my prior Dr. before I could even get an appt. I have chronic Lyme, enough said. I was sure I have been suffering with a reoccurrence of Babesia for the last 8 months. Dr. Lockwood has been practicing for a very long time and I knew that he would most likely be a"non believer" in all things Lyme. There was a Q & A, where he asked me to go over my history. Extensive past and suffering present. Blood test ordered in house & through Mayo. Tests revealed negative. Dr. Lockwood is an old school traditional Dr. whom I doubt keeps up with current information or treatment for Lyme but follows the strict guidelines of the CDC I paid out of pocket for test with another lab, came back positive. Sent copy of test to Dr Lockwood. No reply. Back in treatment. Hopeful

Was referred by Yavapai regional hospital and when I called there to make an appointment I was told Dr Lockwood had to accept me. A week later and still no return call Unprofessional

I have been seeing Dr. Lockwood for 4+ weeks due to a surgery related bacterial infection. He and his staff are friendly, empathetic, efficient, and professional.

A kind, compassionate, highly trained infectious disease specialist. Dr. Lockwood did an excellent job in getting to the route of my particularly difficult bone infection and antibiotic rejection. Couldn't have been more pleased. Highly recommend!
