Had an appointment yesterday for my chronic sinus and ear issues. Office staff were friendly, doctor not so much. ZERO bed side manner, did not explain one thing. Gave off a vibe that he could honestly care less about what you had to say. Exam room was extremely cluttered and did not seem sterile or professional. Will be finding a different ENT, even if I have to pay more out of pocket. Wouldn't even let this doctor touch my pinky nail, let alone potentially perform surgery on my sinuses. Waste of my time.

The office was quite old, worn and dirty. Dr Medford himself has zero bedside manner and exudes an attitude of Archie Bunker, but on steroids. I would not recommend him for anything but retirement. His staff however was wonderful, very accommodating and easy to work with.

Not sure why other reviewers said he is rude ...he is fabulous. Dry sense of humor and a gentleman ...maybe the others don't understand wit. Anyhoo, he tended sweetly and kindly to my 87yo mom ...as the everyone in the office did! Place was clean. He was a great help to her failing hearing. Old school no-nonsense care and doesn't over-prescribe etc ...which we appreciate! Thanks Dr M!

I waited for awhile though that was okay. Had to fill paperwork out. I would not recommend. I feel like I wasted my time. I was referred by my gp. I was sitting there and people who were behind me were leaving before me. The way Doc talked seemed offstandish and rude. I was not comfortable. Without telling me he stuck this long probe through my nose and I hollered, it hurt. Didn’t say sorry or it will be done in a minute which he never told me what he was doing. Said he couldn’t do any

I would never recommend this office to anyone. I waited for half hour to have an ear test. I arrived on time and after a half hour, still waiting without anyone telling me that their running late or will be with you as soon as we can. That would be good customer service, (note: The receptionist) She said nothing except that "I am sorry". My time is more important to me. I also had an appointment at 2:00 with a Doctor upstairs That would mean I would be late. WOULD NOT EVER RETURN!!

The office was disgustingly dirty!!! Not just one part but the whole thing. Everything was cluttered and junky and dirty! I am praying that they cleaned the tools they used because the dr. just pulled them right out of a drawer and pulled one tool out of a Styrofoam case. He was VERY unfriendly to the point of being rude. He seemed like he was pulling at straws making a diagnosis. I will never go back there. When we left, I made everyone sanitize.

My grown child went to him for severe laryngitis and cough. He more or less said it was psychosomatic and prescribed xanax 2x day for 30 days and return after a month. Instead saw an allergist and discovered has allergies to all grasses, molds, and most trees in delaware. Blood work ordered by allergist revealed even more , actually life threatening problems that had to be addressed immediately. Thank goodness for wonderful allergist.
