Outstanding Physician
Dr. Messer is a highly-skilled, thorough and well-rounded physician. He has been my PCP from the time I moved here, over 10 years. He is attentive, detailed and takes the time to know his patients. He never pushes medications, prescribes only what is necessary and his diagnostic skills are brilliant. He’s talented and empathetic, trustworthy and relatable. He manages unusual and challenging health issues adeptly, including dealing with multiple allergies. His approach is always to heal, rather than merely treating symptoms. I trust no doctor more highly than Dr. Messer.

So very disappointed and upset about Reedy Family Medicine. I have been a patient of Dr. Messer for many years, and have complete trust in him. He recently left the Bon Secour/St.Francis system, which I was not happy about, but opted to stay with him. Now he does not accept my insurance. So now I have to go elsewhere. Absolutely hate this decision. I was notified of this by letter from my insurance company.

It makes no sense that this is your family practice but you can never get an appointment when your sick. They refer you to an urgent care or er as if I don't have a family doctor.
