POORLY RUN OFFICE!!!
Telehealth
Hard to get past the answering service. They tell you you will receive a call back, don't hold your breath. I will probably be days. They answer on the portal, but you have no way of being notified. Guess you're supposed to sit by your computer and wait. Told them on the portal I wanted a phone call. Another 3 days. 30 days out for an appt with Dr. Morris, 30 days out for a sick appt. Got a FaceTime appt with a nurse who actually told me she had other calls on hold but would give me he full attention, 'So see? We are attentive.' I felt bad for the other people on hold. Then she wanted to add a medication to the one I'm on instead of changing to another one. Didn't trust her judgment and wanted to talk to my doctor, which I can't. What good is a doctor you can't see and won't call you? Moving to another doctor ASAP!

At Barnett Practice, the staff is very frendly and courteous. Dr. Morris was personal, kind, knowledgeable and competent. An excellent physician!
