Dr. William Mourad, MD

I'm not one to leave reviews but I feel people need to know what they are walking into. Communication with office staff is poor and unfriendly. Was called many times about moving my appointment up an hour early and called to confirm it was ok but no one could relay the message. Waited months to see Dr. Mourad and was hopeful to finally get relief as my doctor recommended him. An hour before the appointment the nurse called and tried to talk me out of coming. If she had been more clear as to why she was calling I would have taken her advise. Dr Mourad didn't believe in a surgery I had done and said he didn't want to treat me or tell me what to do help me get relief. I picked a few things to ask to try and he said if that is what I want to do then sounds like a good plan. Did not want to make notes in my chart as he said the surgery team can see them. As he left quickly he said down the hall nice to meet you mam. Couldn't remember my name. Everyone there seemed miserable.

Thank you doctor for the great service. I was nervous before my procedure but you made me feel at ease. The whole procedure was smooth. Definitely recommend you for Colonoscopy.

Prescription for prep was easy to get down. Pre-procedure instructions were clear. He and his staff were very pleasant to work with. He did my procedure at Edward Hospital in Naperville. What he did and what I can expect as normal vs. abnormal post-procedure reactions were clear and concise.
