Poor outcome knee replacement surgery
Knee replacement outcome very poor. Not helpful with rehabilitation or pain management post surgery. Office staff dismissive after several post operation visits.

No communication
I saw the doctor as a referral. In intermittent pain and wanted a resolution to my problem. After having an MRI at the doctor's request, I got no communication about follow-up. I had to call them to find out what was next. I liked the doctor when I met him but the aftercare was poor.

The only one star this office will receive is because of his courteous staff. The doctor himself was running behind and when he came in the room he was rushing and was dismissive on all my questions! I waited almost 2 hours for 5 minute appointment only to be referred out. Waste of time!

Dr. Newton is amazing. Thank you for making the pain go away. Dr. Newton and his staff are caring, compassionate and professional. If Dr. Newton tells you he can do something, you can believe it, he delivers like Domino's.

Dr. Newton is one of the best doctors I have ever met. He takes his time to make sure you understand your treatment and what he's going to do to make your life better. I would recommend Dr. Newton over any doctor in the DFW area. I would feel very comfortable recommending Dr. Newton to my mother.

Two years ago, I tore my right bicep tendon in hot yoga. Dr Newton repaired it and today it's as good as new. Two weeks ago, Dr Newton performed a knee arthroscopy on my right knee. I was back in hot yoga yesterday and my knee feels great. Thank you, Dr Newton!

Before going to this Dr's office, please know that they do not keep their address updated with the insurance company. This means when your insurance company writes them a check, they will not get it it and they will take action like you did not pay. Furthermore, when you call them to tell them the check was written within a short time of your visit, they will keep you on hold for 30 minutes then tell you it is your responsibility. Very sad, the doctor was ok but the office staff HORRIBLE.

There is very little wait time for scheduled appointments. Dr. Newton is very patient and addresses all of my concerns. I had seen a few orthopedic specialists off and on over the last 20 years that treated my symptoms. Dr. Newton figured out what was causing my joint pain and helped me to stop any further damage. I recommended him to a friend who also had a very positive experience.
