Dr. Nicholson scheduled my father for surgery and a week later his secretary called and said he had cancelled the surgery because he was too high risk. He was supposed to have called my parents and explained to them why he made the decision to cancel the surgery but he did not.

Had quadruple bypass 20yrs ago. Two years ago arteries were clogged again. Was told I had to have another open heart surgery. Did research and found this remarkable Dr. Bill..Drove 600 miles to York, Pa to have Dr. Bill do 3 stents and drove a second time to have another stent...I am 72years and active....Dr. Bill is one of the best doctors EVER!!!..Explained everything, very caring, good bedside manners..Simply put, Dr. Bill knows his job..I will drive another 600 miles if I have to. Simply put, the most friendly, professional, Doctor I've ever had any dealings with. I traveled from Detroit MI area to York PA.(in excess of 500 miles) to have him insert a couple stents in my heart arteries. All communications I've received from other doctors agreed that it would have been, no question, bypass surgery. Dr Nicholson's procedure was a complete success. I truly cannot thank him enough for probably saving my life & getting me back on my feet again. Thanks again Dr Nicholson
