Terrible
Awful! I can't believe a doctor like Notaro has positive ratings like this. He was nothing less than rude, cold and answered questions I had for him with one word, yes or no. I had to go to him 3 times before realizing he wasn't doing anything to improve my condition. I had genital warts that he would just spray with some canned freon on something, but they kept coming back I found an online remedy that worked and had to pay $3.00 for the cure. Also, his office staff was very cold and not welcoming. I would never step foot in his office again. Very disappointing. D-

Best Dermatology in CT
Dr. Notaro is nothing less than professional at all times, truly takes his time with his patients and provides thorough details and answers to any questions that are had. I have been a patient with him for 5 plus years and will continue to do so until he retires!

The best dermatologist I have seen
I have been a lifelong patient of Dr. Notaro's. He had always treated me with dignity and respect. He is a caring, results-oriented physician. From minor conditions to more systemic issues, he has helped me with everything.

Charlatan STAY AWAY!!!
This guy had me come in for 7 visits and wasn't able to get rid of a WORT and charged me every visit?!?!? I went home after being frustrated and looked up a remedy and it took care of it within a week. Not only is he deficient in skills and diagnosis abilities, he's smug and dismissive of anything I had to say. His staff isn't so swift either, but they're ok. He however is a creep and I'd NEVER suggest his services to anyone in need of anything in the dermatology field.

I have had 4 appointments with Dr. Notaro. Not once was I seen on time. There was consistently a 45-60 minute wait PAST my appointment time before I was even called back. The office staff was completely unhelpful and disinterested in the long waits. When I brought it to Dr. Notaro's attention, his response was well, you only had to wait 45 min today. Like I should be happy about that. I see a lot of doctors. No one has such poor service and cares so little about their patient's time.
