Dr. Petersilge replaced both of my hips 2 years apart. He was caring and extremely knowledgeable. I had no pain after surgery and was able to walk immediately without a walker or cane. Both of my knees now need replaced and Dr. Petersilge is the only physician I will trust with these surgeries

I consulted with Dr. Petersilge about left hip replacement based on pain from severe osteoarthritis. Dr. Petersilge was friendly and approachable, he explained things in easy-to-understand language and he took time to answer my questions. I decided to have him do my hip replacement surgery. He and his staff provided exceptional service from my initial consultation until I was discharged to return to work. They coordinated my care seamlessly between a variety of providers (pre-admission testing, cardiology consult, and in-home physical therapy and occupational therapy). All in all, an exceptional patient experience and I highly recommend Dr. Petersilge and his UH orthopedic colleagues.

Dr. William Petersilge is an excellent physician ie. orthopedic surgeon. Today (3/10/2021), I had my 6 week post operative appointment, and x-ray. Everything was fine in the radiograph. The examination of the knee indicated that all was healing well with a very good range of motion. My recuperation is going very well, and I am extremely happy and pleased with where I am at this time after surgery. I most certainly would highly recommend Dr. Petersilge to ANYONE needing knee or hip surgery!!!

I’ve had both hips replaced, The right hip in January 2020 and the left six weeks ago. My therapy had gone very well and I’ feeling better than I thought I would. I can’t give enough positive acolades to Dr. Petersilge and his office staff. Highly recommend him for replacement surgery. The Best!

Dr. Petersilge replaced my right hip on December 8th and so I am now about 6 weeks downstream from the surgery and I have been released by the doctor at our recent last visit. I have been totally satisfied and delighted with Dr. Petersilge. I have no pain and a fully functioning new hip. Many thanks!
