Dr. Pidwell not only injured me more, but then yelled at me until I cried because I said what he was doing was hurting me. He’s had my MRI results for weeks but never called with the results. My retired-lawyer father heard Dr. Pidwell yelling at me through the phone when I called him for assistance, as I had never been put in that sort of position before. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Dr. Pidwell was very understanding of my situation and explained it to me in terms I could easily understand. I felt very comfortable with him, and he explained alternate options/steps of care. I felt very reassured of my situation and the future I could expect going forward as well as no pressure to choose a treatment option I might not be comfortable with.

I hurt my knee on the first day of vacation and was seen by Dr. Pidwell. He was very professional, kind and caring and answered all my questions thoughtfully. The office was very helpful and efficient and even made copies of my xrays to show to my MD in California !!

We came right home and sent in a review. Dr. Pidwell was everything we needed right now. He was great, kind, thorough, and very knowledgeable. We were so grateful to Park City hospital, and his staff for getting us into him as we had an urgent situation. They made us feel like they cared that it was urgent.
Which was more than we received from the Dr.'s in our area, who wanted us to wait one month to 6 weeks for a urgent, very painful, situation! We would definitely recommend Dr. Pidwell.

Speaking as a former Olympian with a continued active lifestyle, Dr Pidwell has been an amazing resource and value when consulting on past and present orthopedic issues. Great follow-up because he genuinely cares. We are fortunate to have his type of service and attention to detail in our community. Highly recommend!

Dr. Pidwell spent quite a bit of time explaining the scope and potential outcomes for the suggested treatment. He also answered all of my questions and did not rush me through my visits with him. Because most medical issues are uncharted territory for me, I appreciate the time he has spent helping me understand my particular difficulties. With his helpful explanations, I feel I understand how I can be an active partner in my medical treatment and not simply be a passive recipient of care.

I've been a orthopedic/sports physical therapist for 20+ years and I've learned to recognize which MD's have that unique combination of medical expertise and also provide high quality patient care. Dr. Pidwell is one of those guys. So it's easy for me to refer my friends and patients to see Bill because I know they will be well informed and taken care of. In fact he's been my go to guy whenever I've been injured or have medical questions. All around great MD!

I saw Dr William Pidwell MD after lacerating my knee in a mountain biking accident. I received several stitches and I can honestly say he did an amazing job as you can barely see the scar. Dr Pidwell's medical advice and help after my husband ruptured his achilles tendon was second to none. I would absolutely recommend Dr Pidwell he is very knowledgeable, takes the time to listen and is more than willing to help find the route to the best outcome.
