Repaired my shoulder
I reached out to the doctor because everyone treated me like a 60 year old. I am 60 but I am still an athlete who does bodybuilding, cycling, paddling and other activities. The Doctor never once mentioned my age, instead he told me to keep going once I was healed. I had my surgery in September 2023 and was lifting my weights by March 2024 and hitting new PRs by May. It feels so good I want it done on my other side. The damage was twice as bad as the MRI showed and it took an extra 45 minutes or so. My experiences with this Doctor are really some of the best I have had.

Dr. Rausch was excellent with explaining the problem and what treatment course would be expected. Gave detailed information on why other treatments didn't work for me and plan going forward. Explained the true reason for PRP as option prior to surgery despite my past experience with PRP not effective last time for a different problem. Trusted his knowledge, explanations and experience.

Dr. Raasch explained my options, if I went with surgery what to expect and told me to think about them and decide which way I want to go.I liked that he didn't rush me to make a decision at that time. This was greatly appreciated. After thinking about the options and feeling comfortable with him, I have decided to go with the surgery. Everyone was very nice and good explaining what to expect.

The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and showed care and concern for me. He answered my questions and we had an authentic conversation about my shoulder. I trust him and am glad he is helping me. I have already referred him and will continue.
