Dr. Rau has horrible bedside manner. He is Extremely rude to his patients and their families. Refuses to listen to their concerns or how the patient is feeling. His main concern while dealing with a covid positive patient was how long they’d been in the hospital. Not if the patient was actually well enough to go home. Tried to send the patient home before testing to see if their oxygen levels were sustainable.
