Dr. William Roberts III, MD

My husband is very difficult to anesthetize. In 2020, 6 anesthesiologists took 20 minutes to get him out. We were told to coordinate a future surgery with a prominent anesthesiologist. Steve needed surgery to relieve pressure on his spinal cord. We scheduled twice with this anesthesiologist. On the day of surgery, he was a no-show. I was shocked, scared & angry. Dr. Roberts worked with Dr. Lencho as our anesthesiologists at Dublin Methodist. I explained the situation. He said they'd figure out something SAFE. He was personable & positive, and took time to answer questions. He reviewed Steve's entire surgical history. He agreed to talk to me afterwards. Dr. Roberts found me & said it went great. Dr. Lencho talked to me later. In 20 surgeries, no anesthesiologist has talked to me afterwards. They cracked the case ~ a safe new way for Steve. Dr. Bill Roberts III handled an emotionally charged situation gracefully & cheerfully. He's a problem solver & my hero! 10 stars!
