It's simple really, Dr. Ross CARES. From the moment he enters the room, he is attentive, gentle , caring and gives "quality" time. I always feel like he is providing me with the best options for whatever my issue. I wouldn't want to see anyone else for my back issues. When you are lucky enough to find a doctor with a heart of gold, you hold on tight. They are few and far between.

Doctor did good job with shot in back for pain

I & my husband were treated by Dr. Ross for a number of years prior to him relocating to Phoenix. He is a thorough, compassionate person who goes above & beyond to treat his patients. Not once did we ever have any issues regarding our health care. I’d still be seeing Dr. Ross if he was in Tucson & would’ve welcomed traveling to be cared for if the practice he’s doing in accepted my insurance!!

Dr. Ross has no equal! His kind, warm, compassionate demeanor is only exceeded by the outstanding medical care that he provides. He is, not so simply, top notch.

Office staff was super nice but front desk staff seemed overwhelmed extremely busy but very courteous. Appointment with Dr Ross went well he was very thorough with my issues and offered options to treat my issues Could not give a 5 star as I have not yet received treatment but I do have appointments for them. The Dr was very knowledgeable and seemed to care but we shall see.

People look at me like I've lost it when I tell them that Dr. Ross calls me after a treatment to ask how it's going! His staff as well checks up on me as we'll as above and beyond treatment! I was at a dead end with back pain and Dr. Ross took his time and expertise to find a plan that worked when I felt like giving up. Sometimes you don't get the answers you want from the medical field, but he lays it on the line and doesn't give up on you! I cannot thank him enough for his friendship!
