Caring and professional
Dr. Quintinita DNP was very thorough in her explanation of the proposed plan. She worked well with our special needs child. Dr. Rylander is highly experienced and has a great fund of knowledge.

Rude.
The Women Working The Front Dest Is The Wrong Person For The Job, Can't Understand What She Says, She Was Extremely Rude To Me Over The Phone. I Asked Her To Repeat Appointment Time And She Got Mad And Said I'LL SAY IT ONE MORE TIME! I'm Sorry I've Had Multiple Strokes And I'm A Little Slow. I'll Be Finding Another GI Doctor For My Wife. Also Doctor (Nurse) Vic Is Also Very Rude When Stepping Out To Go Into Another Room To Talk To Another Patient, She Can Be Heard Through The Walls. What Is She Doing, Seeing 2 Patients At The Same Time? Really Makes You Feel Like Just Another Number On A File. Will Not Recommend.

Stage 3 Colon Cancer
On my 3rd. routine colonoscopy Dr. Rylander found a tumor that with his experience looked like cancer. He had me set up immediately that day with the hospital for CT scan & blood work. He confirmed it was cancer & set me up with the best oncologist Dr. Dalal. Thanks to his recommendations & organizing treatment quickly I have been cancer free for 2 years now & hope to continue this way.

Disorganized incompetant front office staff
It took only a few calls to find out how bad this place was without even stepping foot inside. They lost the potential of my business before they even had it. Hard to understand front office phone person who is always in a hurry and fails to call back and who also can't find my doctor referral when she had it in her hand in the last call. 9 out of 10 of my recent calls were answered by taking a message, even though I called during business hours and not during lunch break.

LIVER BIOPSY
LIVER BiOPSY W/NO FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENT Karen Smothers 01/31/2023 Addressed To: RYLANDER,WILLIAM Liver Biopsy ordered by your office (Marivic Quintinita) and was performed on 9/13/22 at Cape Canaveral Hospital. Biopsy ordered to support determination for type of prescription medicine for liver health. Now 20 weeks later still no follow-up by your office. I and my husband have called and left messages with no return calls from your office. I guess we can assume no further professional help from you or medication to help with my liver health is necessary. Very disappointed by your lack of interest of my situation. Karen Smothers

Staff lacks customer service skills. Will incite an argument when not even part of your conversation. Makes you waste time filling things out online only to find out when you get there that it doesn’t work. Scheduler is rude when stating she says I tell everyone on the phone. Presents herself as I’m right and you’re wrong attitude. All this just to get a new yearly prescription!! Like doctor and nurse practitioner but the staff has me investigating going to a new doctor.

COMPLETE disrespect of patients. Office staff is rude and unpleasant. Be ready to wait AT LEAST 80-90 minutes BEYOND appointment time but show up 5 minutes after and you will be berated. NP and staff have no abilities. Only read from cue cards. Rude phone answerer refused to consult Dr regarding an urgent refill. Took it upon herself to deny my request. When told without meds, I could be in ER, she replied “whatever you have to do”. Need letter faxed and more than two hours after being told “I’ll do that now” there is NO fax to be found. 90 minute daily lunch but within an hour after their lunch you’ll wait more than an hour past your scheduled time. Dr. Rylander should retire and all staff, including NP, should find other work not in health field. Definitely NOT a health care “provider” I’d recommend. More of a health care biller. Only worries about your payment and no concern for your well being. Very sad.

This was my first time and first experience with this sort of doctor. The staff were friendly, and NP was professional. I then went for the colonoscopy at Space Coast Endoscopy in Rockledge, and met Dr. Rylander. He was very pleasant and I felt comfortable with him. I would recommend him and his office without hesitation.

Paid upfront to see a specialist but was seen by a nurse who proceeded to diagnose me. This is not towards the doctor since I never laid eyes on him. She made a point of telling me how overweight I was and said walking wasn’t Exercise.... Well I have rheumatoid arthritis in both knees so it’s not like I can go running but she wouldn’t have known that because I didn’t have a chance to talk

Office staff is rude. Appointments seem to be double-booked as waiting for 40 minutes is common practice in this office. Specifically scheduled with Dr. Rylander and the first time was still seen by RN. Second time, seen by a doctor who was retiring a few days later. Rylander did not have time to answer questions after procedure, his office promised a call back, which never happened. Office staff condescendingly questions the need for a call back "when the instructions from Dr. were clear."

This doctor used to care. He seems to not be not about individual, but just about money. Really disappointing. Wait times are horrendous, just to see the PA even when promised to see dr. Doesn’t take into consideration other disorders you have. Same treatment for all.

Used to love him!! Ben going to him for 19 years. Last 2 visits, requested to see only him, did not, saw PA. Everyone nice except nurse. Had my colonoscopy and was informed 2 day prior he had dropped my insurance. I felt he didn’t give a flip about me anymore since he wouldn’t have to see me anymore. HE WROTE ME OFF. Just as well, sat for over an hour to see just the PA. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

Office staff is inept. Had to wait over 3 months for a copay overage paid. Had to call 3 times and finally went in person and wouldn't leave till I got the refund. Needed a test done by another Doctor they were to setup. I called 4 times in a couple months being told I'd get a return call 'soon'. Never got a call. Wait time in his office is never less then 45 minutes. The Doctor himself was always quick to tell me he didn't treat a specific symptom I'd mention. I finally found another Dr.

Double-booked appointments, 2 hr wait and still not seen. 19 people in a 12 x 12 waiting room. I made a special early trip to sign paperwork for records transfer. They were not requested. They did not have my mailed in paperwork when I checked in. Receptionist was unsympathetic. I wish Dr Rylander was one of my engineering customers. I'd make an appointment with him for 3:00 to review my work, then I'd make him wait until 5:00 only to tell him, whoops - I didn't do it, then I'd blame it on him.
