Thank you Dr. Saar!
Dr. Saar operated on my 92 year old mother after she fell and fractured her hip. He came to her hospital room prior to the surgery and explained everything and answered any questions we had. He was compassionate, professional and really put our minds at ease. The surgery went extremely well and again he came out and spoke directly to my family. Dr. Saar was kind and caring which made us feel very comfortable in a rather difficult situation. Thank you Dr. Saar!

I have had both Achilles’ tendons repaired by Dr. Saar. I have been very satisfied and appreciative of the outcomes of both feet. I find he and his team to be very professional and extremely kind. These surgeries are a long recovery and I have always been encouraged each time I visit, which is very welcomed. I have recommended Dr. Saar to others. I am very grateful.

I had my sesamoid removed by Dr Saar and for as much hope that he gave me to correct the problem the surgery made it worse. There was also terrible information coming from his team at each visit. While Rebecca was good and generally gave good advise the other PA seemed like she never dealt with this injury before. From being told one week that this isn't an injury that required PT to the next week Dr Saar starting PT. It was frustrating for the surgeon to do such a major procedure then barely see him for the next 4 months. Also, I was advised to use peroxide on my incision to only later find out through the Wound Care Clinic that this is why my incision wasn't healing. I'm now seeing a Podiatrist who I should of let operate on me in the 1st place. I will say that his Team was ALWAYS available as I had plenty of issues post surgery and the phone call was always returned no matter when I called.

After 3 months and a visit to my family doctor, then two visits to an orthopedic surgeon, three visits to physical therapy, three ankle x-rays, three foot x-rays, an MRI, then a final third visit to the orthopedic surgeon... I finally find a competent doctor in Doctor Saar!!! My orthopedic surgeon told me that there was nothing wrong, and I had no swelling. My swelling in my ankle was fully visible by the naked eye. I decided to go for a third opinion to Doctor Saar, and thank God I did. He told me I had swelling, two extra bones in my foot, a bone spur, and many other things that my previous doctors did not find - which I find unreal! Doctor Saar took his time to explain everything to me and show me on the computer where things were going wrong. I left his office feeling like I got the quality care that I deserved - finally! I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Saar is a consummate professional and really gives a "darn" about his patients! His skills and expertise in the area of foot and ankle surgery are second to none. Both my wife AND I had the misfortune of breaking an ankle and a foot earlier this year and requiring an orthopedic surgeon. Although there are several practices closer to our home, Dr. Saar and his practice were our first choice.

Dr. Saar has the best bedside manner of any doctor I have ever seen. He is warm, friendly and spends whatever time is needed to answer questions. He is thorough & clear. I have not required surgery but have friends who have and they feel he is the best of surgeons. I have a neuroma and should I need surgery, I would confidently have Dr. Saar perform it knowing that he has had to repair the work of other surgeons for this malady. The office staff however, could learn from his demeanor

Dr. Saar performed neuroma surgery on my foot. Procedure went great! He took quite a lot of time speaking with my husband after the surgery. Two weeks later I am walking in normal shoes with no pain. Office was very well run. I was seen in the office 3 times pre-surgery and once post-op. I never waited more than 5 minutes. Fantastic experience.
