Poor service, does not look further than a simple result or further into symptoms, if a result says one thing, that’s just what it is. He just wants test after test that make less and less sense and more and more money costed. Money hungry. No care, concern, explanation, months of wait times for appts in misery, poor communication. A year now and of all MULTIPLE appts I’ve seen him 1 time in clinic for 2 minutes flat. Disregarded all concern furthermore and left to dry after two hospitalizations totaling a month and multiple tests and procedures. I’m happy to be consulting with a new team. I was warned and should have listened. Unfortunately had no decision but was THREATENED if I had another surgeon perform an EGD they had to do follow up because his team would no longer do my aftercare plan. Poor. Poor. Poor. I waited a year too long to find another doctor.

Follow Up with patients appreciated.
Dr Salyers is the absolute BEST at what he does!! With that being said, my sister was told she was terminally ill with stage 4 hardening of liver. That’s the Last thing we have heard. We are still waiting on results as to how long she has left. When got a hold of a nurse weeks later. She was told to look it up online!!!! How dare you tell someone that they are going to die, then not have the care/concern enough to call her back with the rest of her results. She feels abandoned and unimportant after weeks of calling day after day. All because the Dr didn’t/won’t read her test results and help us determine how long she has left! To say that we are devastated and frustrated is an understatement! I’m begging you Dr Salyers, PLEASE read her final results! You are an excellent Dr! Please don’t let this define who you are.
