The scheduling and response in the Schiff office is very streamlined and the quality of the people stand out. Who ever trains them is to be commended . I’ve had to rely on Dr Schiff for years and have not been disappointed . He continues to improve my quality of life into my retirement .

Promptness of staff

Dr. Schiff is always in a good mood, polite, and respectful of his patients. My only complaint is that his front staff is not very understanding and at times very rude.

I had a truly disappointing experience with this doctor's office. When I called to set up an appointment as a new patient, they hung up on me as soon as I mentioned that I was new. I called back right away, and this time I had to wait with five other people in front of me. When I finally got through, they gave me the runaround, insisting that I needed a referral from my primary doctor. This was completely unnecessary as I have PPO insurance and my insurance provider specifically informed me that I don't need a referral.It's baffling how a medical office can be so dismissive and unprofessional, especially when dealing with new patients. Their behavior was not only rude but also contradicted the information provided by my insurance company, which confirmed that this doctor is in-network and no referral is required. I expected much better and will be looking for a different provider who values their patients and treats them with respect.

Dr chef is very personable and listens very contently to your concerns. He always makes me feel comfortable, even when it’s something I really don’t wanna hear. I feel like as long as he’s my doctor I will always be taken care of!

His staff is very friendly and professional. It seems that he’s very popular and very busy so you may have to wait just a little bit.
