Dr. William Schnapp, MD

I've only recently started to coming to Dr. Schnapp for some cognitive concerns my family and I have been having, but from my experience he's been immensely helpful. I'm not used to someone taking the time to explain what is going on and my possible options so this has been a very positive experience for me.

From the front desk to Michelle the nurse and Dr. Schnapp this team is top notch. I highly recommend them.

Dr. W. Schnapp is very personable and attentive during every visit. His calm demeanor sets me at ease immediately. He makes every effort to foster a healthy doctor/patient relationship that includes an interest in your family members while gathering a full description of your symptoms. Medically, he is a competent and skilled physician who has expanded his practice to include imaging and injections on site which makes the patient experience more convenient. I highly recommend him and his support staff to anyone in need of neurological and pain management services.

I have never had a bad experience. They go above and beyond to get answers. Because of them I was able to get answers to major problems. They referred me to a doctor in Miami and allowed them to get answers and treatment. They always explain and answer my questions.

They listen and have helpful ideas. Very accommodating and think of options to try. Friendly staff. Clean offices. They keep an eye on total health , not just the immediate concern.

Staff is wonderful, efficient and professional. I have only visibly seen Dr. Schnapp for a procedure. I don't believe he sees patients for consulting. All consulting and visits are handled by a physician assistant or other staff member. This is disappointing.

Appreciated the straight forwarded approach, no long wait time.

This is from the former mayor of Monroe county and the service here is excellent. From the doctor who takes his time to the assistants who go above and beyond. Looking forward to the next visit Never a rush, always a pleasure.

The office staff and providers are very supportive and caring. Theresa the physical therapist is the best!! My only issue would be the phone system, very difficult to get someone at the front desk. Very happy with my care at this office.
