Overall, I was very dissatisfied with my experience. My primary care physician recommended Dr. William Spencer to me after I received a prostate cancer diagnosis. I went to the office multiple times for appointments and experienced very long wait times. When results from my tests became available, the doctor and office staff never called me and did not return my phone calls. This lack of communication during my care experience became intolerable and I have since gone elsewhere for my care.
