Dr. William Spurlock, MD

After seeing 5 different endocrinologists over a span of many years, I visited Dr. Spurlock. He was the ONLY doctor willing to do the tests required to properly diagnose and treat my autoimmune disorders.

This is the worst doctor in Dallas. DO NOT go to him. He does not know how to treat patients. This doctor recently refused to renew my thyroid prescription. I have been going to him for 20+ years. He is the worst.

You will not find a better doctor in Dallas area! I have known of dr. Sperlock for over 15 years and he is by far the best in helping to find the underlying causes for your pain! He is extremely knowledgeable and I personally love his eccentric personality! His office staff is always nice and Roxana always returns my calls and is extremely helpful and kind! Just make sure to book your appointments in advance and you will be taken care for life!

Dr. Spurlock is arrogant and rude. Please run as fast as you can away from this clinic and do not let them take your money!

Dr. Spurlock didn't respond to an email I sent with concerns I had under the treatment of his nurse practitioner, Roxana Cocos. The main issue was in her treatment of my hypothyroidism. I had always had a negative reaction to thyroid medications. She prescribed a different type of medication. When I reported the exact same reaction, she was adamant that the medication was not causing the reaction. Even though the reaction started immediately after I began the medication and went away a few days after I quit taking it. She maintained that stand for 3 months and did nothing during that time to uncover WHY I was having that reaction. That is what medical practitioners are supposed to do and what I paid almost $1,000 for. I switched to another doctor who knew immediately why I was having that reaction and now I can finally be treated. Dr. Spurlock made a decision not to contact me to resolve my health issues or even respond to my email. Both of which are inexcusable.

I feel so much better since getting blood done here. My energy level has shifted with the meds the dr recommended !

Waited 80 minutes with no explanation. Staff was unconcerned about the long wait, stated it would be longer still and indicated it was standard practice. Staff did not acknowledge patient who walked in and approached desk, but instead continued conversation with each other. Distressing lack of respect for patients.

Dr. Spurlock has been my doctor for 19+ years. He is a excellent physician and he is caring and responsive to the patient's needs. He is superior to any physician I have ever been to.

Dr. Spurlock has been my doctor for 10 years now. I have been dealing with Fibromyalgia, Arthritis and a few other issues on top. Under his care I have gone from completely incapacitated and unable to work or function to being able to work full time and have a relatively full life. What I most LOVE about Dr. Spurlock is that he works dedicatedly to find root causes, rather than just prescribe something to manage symptoms. Because of this he has gotten me well and I am no longer on pain meds.

This doctor refuses to sign a Death Certificate in TER for a family member. We are unable to close our affairs because this doctor is blatantly refusing to do what he is LEGALLY bound to do.

Dr. Spurlock is the rare type of doctor who works to get to the underlying causes of your symptoms. Most doctors I have been to would spend 5 or maybe 10 minutes with me and end with one or more prescriptions - the "pill for every ill" method. Dr. Spurlock will spend an hour or more discussing your symptoms and use testing and labs to investigate further for the cause and then address those causes to affect actual healing. I think he is brilliant. He has helped me tremendously.

A caring and knowledgeable Doctor. He listens and is very helpful and kind. Dr. Spurlock can help with very difficult problems.
