My mother cares for an 74 year old women who hasany medical problems. She has been in the nursing home many times and sent back home. This time while on the nursing home Dr. Squires informed the lady that, "there is nothing more i can do for you!" This nursing home stay was after he allowed her to continue to struggle with super high potassium levels. My mother called his office many times to let him know the lady was having the same symptoms as before and she needs something to help bring down the potassium. His office never calls back on this occasion and many others. My mother did take her to the hospital. Her levels were so high she could have died. She was placed in the nursing home to get her levels stabled and get her into a kidney doctor. She has since switched doctors. Mr. Squires if you read this never tell another person there is nothing more you can do for them. This lady really lost a lot of hope after hear those words.

I am a Registered Nurse, with 30 years of critical care and emergency room experience, at a major tertiary care hospital. I have a daughter in law that came to this MD for primary care. She called the office complaining of chest pain, shortness of breath and palpitations. She was instructed by the receptionist to apply peppermint oil to her chest, and offered to schedule her to be seen in several days. Wow... what an incredibly dangerous response!

Dr. Squires is a true believer in getting to the root cause of a patient issue and not medicating just to be medicating. When issuing medicine, Dr. Squires explains the good qualities and the adverse reactions of the medicine thoroughly. I would definitely recommend Dr. Squires.

Dr. Squires takes time to listen and diagnose your problems and he treats the cause and gets rid of the illness as apposed to providing you with drugs that would make you more sick. I wish all doctors would be like him.
