Cataract surgery -

My first visit in 2016 for cataract surgery and glaucoma were my 2nd opinion. Dr. Trattler not only 'listens' but responds to any/all concerns and I had many as a scared senior facing cataract surgery. My preferences were addressed at every post-op. I got shingles in one eye and was seen often, as needed by many in the 'Center of Eye Excellence' practice...exceptionally pleased with all!! I discovered today that my AvMed Medicare Choice networked with opthalmologists and my favorite Dr. William Trattler is not on my list. I hope to find a doctor with the qualities of expertise, communication skills, ability to calm when the patient is nervous, sense of humor, and always so professional!! You set the bar very high sir!! Thank you!!

Dr Wiliam Trattler is very caring, knowledgeable and always has the best disposition to listen to my eye problems. Treats me with respect and very professional. Always willing to see me as a emergency when I needed it.

Dr. Trattler is a wonderful doctor who has been patient with us and answered all questions we had in regards to the surgery, postop instructions, and eye drops. He treats us with respect and has a sincere and humble character. I look forward to seeing him again for future appointments.

Just had PRK done on both eyes with DR. Trattler. He was very attentive and down to earth. He made me feel comfortable by answering all my questions open and honestly before during and after my surgery. The office staff are always very professional and happy to be there. Overall a very great experience with Dr. Trattler and his staff.

Went to see him about two years ago. He spent more than half of the time in another patient room. I guess he knew them personally. I had read good reviews, but was almost bordering on rude.

Dr. Trattler goes above and beyond. Not only is he a great provider (with great results!), he is very attentive and takes his time with you at each appointment. I got PRK in both my eyes. He was always available to me via text and was super responsive. Highly recommend him and his wonderful team!

I could not be HAPPIER! Dr. Trattler is an OUTSTANDING doctor and surgeon. He removed both cateracts and gave me incrediable sight. His staff is like NO OTHER office. His staff is the BEST! (I started elsewhere & gave up from extreme frustration with the office staff) GLAD I went with Dr. Trattler & his Crew!!

I had PRK surgery with Dr. Trattler in March 2018. I could not be happier with my results. After only 7 weeks, I am already seeing far better than I was throughout the last few years with contact lenses. Dr. Trattler expects my vision/recovery to further stabilize in the coming months. The staff is excellent; they are, however, very busy. I found his rates for this elective procedure to be in line with industry averages. A bargain, really, given his expertise and a “contact free” lifestyle.

Dr. Trattler was the most professional physician that I have ever encountered. He helped me with regard to understanding the issues with my own eyes and more importantly he has saved my grandson's sight through cross-linking. We shall be forever indebted to him for this. Dr. William Trattler and his staff are kind, efficient, and thorough. Since cataract surgery, my vision has vastly improved. Even colors are more vibrant! The laser procedure was relatively quick and totally painless. Dr. Trattler and his staff took the time to explain the procedures, even though the waiting room was always full. Nursing care was exceptional - Nurse Bianca exhibited kindness and compassion the day of my surgery, What an angel!

Dr. Trattler is a breath of fresh air in an industry that unfortunately, many times, cares more about making money than about the patient's well-being. What a humble, sympathetic, intelligent and caring human being! He treated my husband who is thankfully feeling much better now. We are both very grateful for the care and compassion that Dr. Trattler gave him.

Dr. Trattler seems to know what he is doing, however I would not recommend him to anyone. The wait to see him is much too long. I was there over 3 hrs on my last appt. I had to get to work so I left without being seen. I left a message on his voicemail asking if someone would give me the results of the test he had me take. To this day, no response. There are a lot of doctors in his practice and the waiting areas are packed. Not happy having to wait forever nor that no one responded to my call.
