Would never go back to him
Dad here for report ASAP for RA doctor to change/continue pain medicine that might be toxic to his eyes. Staff told hard of hearing, did NOT speak up for hard of hearing dad. Asked several timesTech who did eye exam didn’t seem to know what she was doing, did not EVER speak up, made the eye exam very difficult, dad could not understand. She never explained what she was doing ahead of time. Just did it, like eye drops. Dr Trotter did not speak louder, and he spoke very fast, dad didn’t hear one word he said. And he said A LOT. Dr Trotter was VERY unhappy that I had questions, he was so rude to me, talked down to me, very very condescending. SuperiorComputer system not working, so he was using a paper chart note of the visit. Third Nurse who entered the room suggested paper copy of the note Dr did not want to give it. Nurse made it happen for us. Thank you nurse!I would have given Dr Trotter his walking papers right then with a piece of my mind but we needed this for dad.

I was nervous about the procedure (cataract surgery) but found Dr. Trotter's approach reassuring. The surgery and recovery was as good as it could be and I will return for my other eye when ready. He was recommended to me and I am grateful for his expertise and manner.

Love this doctor. Caring , patient and kind. My Pterygium surgery went well. He explained to me the procedure, I was afraid of the anesthesia, he and his team took a good care of me. Dr Trotter isn't only a good Doctor but a great human being.
