Completely unprofessional and discourteous! I had a payment arrangement and offered to pay half today so that they would see my daughter. My daughter has a loose permanent tooth and is worried about it during Christmas time. As many families I've been impacted by covid and things have been a struggle. All this office cares about is $$ and not about patient care. Pretty sure the doctor at this practice last name should be Scrooge considering the timing. Do not recommend!
