I left feeling like he didn't listen to my concerns and was completely dismissive. I had delayed a follow up visit for quite some time after my first appointment with him, however the second appointment because I needed a new prescription for cpap supplies was no better. I will be looking for a new doctor.

Total lack of care
My dad was in the hospital recently with pneumonia, was supposed to see Dr. Williams before he was discharged. They waited all day and never saw him. Then, my dad was sent home on oxygen with no explanation why. He was told that Dr. Williams would call him to go over everything. Dr. Williams never called and still hasn’t called. My mom has called their office every day since being discharged (5 days ago) and still hasn’t talked to anyone or gotten any answers. Don’t waste your time here.

I waited 30mins to see Dr. Williams for a 5min visit. I think he is very rude, he does let you get a word in inch wise. You can't even ask a question and if you just so happen to get a question in, he gets offended because you asked and kind of snaps at you. He makes no eye contact with you, just talks really fast say what he has to say and runs out the room. There were a few red flags on my pft test for my lungs and he didn't mention anything about them until he was running out the room. He mad me feel very overlooked and very low, I felt worse leaving than I did when I came. I am very upset behind this, the worse doctor visit of my life. If I could have rated no stars or negative star I would have. I cried all the way home, still don't know whats causing my shortness of breath. He even told me there was nothing more he coukd do for my asthma and thats how I was left as he ran away.

Absolutely terrible. Tried to give him appropriate case history so we could figure out what was going on, and he told me it was “not important.” Interestingly enough, I fought with my insurance to visit another doctor, and told her the case history- and they found a genetic disorder. Amazing what happens when you listen to your patients for 5 minutes. Ridiculous. I would still be living undiagnosed, with no medication or any help, if I had stayed with Dr. Williams.

After first testing, then visiting with his nurse and/or nurse practitioner, patient's actual time with Dr. Williams is very limited. When he walks in the exam room, its obvious he wants to spend as little time as possible...almost as if he is looking at his watch...and if a patient has questions, concerns, or suggests more information about a procedure, she is greeted with a nervous and narcissistic laugh and "Who have YOU been talking to" response. ..as in how dare you question or be involved in your treatment....making you feel about 2 feet tall. And, maybe this is just a little thing to some but a big thing to me - he won't look you in the eye. William Williams gets a B+ for medical treatment, and a C- for his bedside manner.

Dr. Williams is one of the best doctors I've ever seen. He is concerned about you personally as well as your illness. He explains what is going on and takes time with his patient. He makes you at ease and comfortable, which to me is important. I am not uneasy about seeing him again.

He was prompt to the appointment, he was courteous and thorough in his taking of history & physical and took time to listen to our concerns. After appropriate testing he sent me to an Allergy & Asthma specialist, which he felt like could treat my symptoms appropriately. I would go again and I would recommend.
