Doctor Epps is very kind and courteous. He has excellent bedside manner. He doesn’t rush you he takes his time and listens to everything you have to say .He encourages you to do the right thing for your health and he also has great talks to ease your mind about your diagnosis, And his nurse practitioner omg is awesome as well. Everything I said about him I can easily say the same about her. The office staff is also very friendly and welcoming.

Best Doctor visit I've ever had
My first visit to the office was about a month ago. The receptionist was kind and helpful. I wasn't sitting in the waiting room very long when I was called. The nurse that I saw first was exceptionally proffesional yet kind and friendly. After taking a number of test I met with the nurse practioner and she was very profesional, honest, communicated clearly and answered all my questions. When I returned to visit with the doctor today I truely felt cared for. I have never had as good as an experience in a doctors office as I have with Dr. Epps. I hope he will be my doctor for a long time.

I want the world to know that I have the most wonderful physician. He takes the time to listen and work with me in my effects to keep my health in the best condition. It was the best thing for my friend who is a Nurse Practitioner (C. Moon) that recommended a great MD. My previous physician at the time was not friendly and I felt uncomfortable with expressing my feelings. Therefore, I want the public to know that I am thoroughly pleased with the service I receive from Dr. Epps and his dedicated staff. If I call with an issue the staff will make sure it is resolved in a timely manner. The front office staff is very kind but my favorites are Courtney and Tamesha (I pray I spelled it correctly), and Crystal who evaluates me before the physician is at the top of her game (her smile and her upbeat attitude makes me want to continue to come back along with the remainder of the staff). I pray the Lord continues to bless them overwhelmingly.

This physician and his office should share a rental space with the county coroner, it would save you both time and gas money. I don’t write these words lightly. My husband is or as of today once we’re discharged from Candler Hospital a patient of Mr. Epps. In addition to the lack of professionalism exhibited by the doctor, the inability to obtain an appointment with him personally, and the general feeling of ineptitude when calling, he has done a grave disservice to his patients by having not one but two offices. After calling today to report a blood sugar of over 350, extreme pain and fatigue we were told by his office manager that he was out but they would let him know. When we reached out again after 3 visits to Urgent Care we were given test results from 5 months prior as if that was going to do any good. Thankfully, we can came to the hospital before anything dire could occur as of my writing if this the immediate phone call we were to receive has yet to come. PICK A DIFFERENT DR

This doctor used to be one of my favorites. Now he (IMHO) is one of the worst doctors I had ever had the displeasure of seeing (or not seeing as of late) When to him for a referral. Not only did I never actually see him, but I have a very serious condition that requires an MRI for surgery. Still have not had the MRI due to the mistakes from Epps & his staff. Also not receiving ANY calls when the test was cancelled. NOTE: MRI test was over an hours drive. I would not recommend Dr. Epps to ANYONE!

Save yourself some time and find another doctor. Dr. Epps is very unprofessional and shows little care and concern for his patients. He has a great staff, including a fairly competent PA, but save yourself a trip and go somewhere where you can get quality medical treatment from a real doctor. The facilities aren't dirty, but don't seem clean either. The wait time varies. Sometimes it's less than 20 min sometimes almost an hour. I would not recommend to a friend, associate, or stranger.
