Dr. Richardson office was very clean and the staff very friendly. The Dr. himself was very professional, and thorough and on point.

This is an excellent physician who displays superior skills and interpersonal focus. He is up to date with medical technology and he is a truly gifted bedside manner and excellent clinical acumen. I cancelled an appointment with Natura Dermatology. I verbally told the girl at the office window. She was a new employee, as there usually is each time I went to Natura for an appointment. The cancellation did not get posted. The office charged me $175.00 for not informing them of the cancellation. I sent Natura a detailed letter ( 3 times) regarding this event. My request to remove the charge has been ignored. They continue to bill me and add a finance charge each month. I have been a patient of Dr. Richardson for approximately 20 years. I will not be using his surveys in the future.

Had MOHS surgery in two place was treated excellently and promptly. He is really knowledgeable and personable. Office is inviting and very clean. Staff is courteous and considerate of your time.

Been going there for many years. After overexposure to sunlight, I needed a good reliable doctor I could see every few months for a skin cancer. Staff and the doctor are knowledgeable, polite and professional. I was so impressed I recommended my wife go here as well as many other patients.

Natura is by far the best. I’ve used them for both what I call “mole patrol” and cosmetics with laser resurfacing. I’m beyond please with the results of everything. I highly recommend their office. They changed the way I feel about myself and have always been there if I had questions and post treatment. Highly recommend Dr. Richardson and his team.

I've received an extremely inappropriate series of responses from a person on Natura Dermatology's staff. I requested an apology for that staff member and did receive one. I've brought it to the attention to Dr. Richardson and I've not yet received and apology from him either.

The visit I had with Dr. Richardson was ok, just ok. I didn't feel a connection with him due to his personality. The major problem I have with his practice is the deceitful manner in which I was billed for cancelling a Mohs procedure. I cancelled several days in advance (the cancellation policy states 24 hours in advance) but was charged a cancellation fee because I was told I needed to cancel one week in advance for the Mohs procedure. The reason I was told was the specialist needed to be scheduled to be called in (Dr. Richardson is the specialist who performs the procedure) as well as putting a team together. This is completely absurd. The people who work with Richardson are already there. Another issue is the over zealous pushing of cosmetic products & procedures. They send texts, emails & will call harking specials that are being run on cosmetic enhancement. It appears the interest is in cosmetic procedures rather than dermatological problems.

The staff is just as important to the practice as the Physician. Unfortunately both of the staff members I was trying to get help from were just plain unhelpful and borderline obnoxious. A patient is basically on their own if they have any questions about billing. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

After a long wait at Dr. Richardson’s office and despite specifically asking to see a doctor I had an appointment with one of his nurses. Felt overcharged to pay these kind of amounts on an appointment with a nurse, also pricing felt a bit arbitrary as I was not introduced to any sort of price list or details. Wouldn’t recommend.

Consultation was pleasant but rushed. Billing process is horrendous. Your office unnecessarily charged the full amount to me. To be told that the process for reimbursement is to (1) monitor my own insurance claim history, (2) see when they pay your office and (3) reach out to you for reimbursement is ludicrous.

Almost all this guys positive reviews on the same date in March 2018.Suspicious?

Dr. Richardson is amazing. He cares about all of his patients no matter how big or small the issue is for why you are seeing him. He listens and is so patient in explaining a course of action. I would not trust anyone else except for him to care for my skin. It is too important.

Due to my fair complexion, I have to see a dermatologist every 3 months. I’ve had numerous basal cell carcinomas. I am very grateful that Dr R finds all of these spots and they get treated promptly and professionally. The staff is always polite, pleasant and professional

Dr Will is Extremely educated and professional in his approach to helping you look and feel your best. I have always had a wonderful experience with him and his highly trained team. I recommend him to anyone who wants to look their best.

I’m extremely fortunate to have Dr. Richardson as our family dermatologist, as he is truly passionate about providing exceptional service, and expertise to each individual. It never ceases to amaze me when he diagnoses and treats a friend or family member how quickly they are healed. He is a true humanitarian.
