Dr Baker almost ran the nurse out of the operating room just before the surgeon came in. During the surgery, he 'changed his mind' and decided not to administer the nerve block I was supposed to receive, which set me way back on the road to recovery from my knee replacement. Afterwards in the recovery room, he tried his best to get me into an argument 3 times with him. When I asked him why he did not give me the nerve block he replied that he 'didn't feel like it' even though he did bill my insurance for the procedure. I feel that Dr Baker was having a bad day for some reason, but I cannot recommend him when he lets an attitude like that be brought into his work environment. He should be better than that. My wife witnessed the nurse almost leaving the OR and was present in the recovery room and couldn't believe what she saw.
