de. You can tell they all hate dealing with people and explaining things that are not well spoken thoroughly. Information about they way this place works is not stated and when you call they get upset for all the people trying to understand why it takes a month to get a 4 min consultation and then no one calls you back for 15-30 days bc they all move like snails and mail out paperwork so you have to prolong the process of whatever is why you went there in the first place then on one does the same job they have a different person that knows insurance information then the doc doesn’t even speak and they don’t have anyone to call to follow up bc your supposed to follow up yourself… this place needs to be shut down or they need to hire employees who like to deal with people or have some kind of disciplinary process on issues that escalate. The staff they do have don’t even understand what you’re asking or can’t even speak English properly. It’s out of control. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

1. Staff was very rude2. Refused to look at the CT Scan that two separate dental offices told me I could not have this procedure done without (They seem to not have computers?)3. Doctor was very dismissive of my concerns and condescending4. Exam lasted about 2 second5. Doctor did NOT WEAR GLOVES6. Assistant stood over me the entire time I was reading a consent form, making me feel very pressuredAll in all, I did not feel safe at this office.

The receptionist (older woman) and the xray tech are rude and so is the doctor. After waiting over 30 minutes, he walks into the room and without a greeting 'says we are taking it out' He did not even do an exam, ask any questions or explain the procedure. He did not even address the 3 affected teeth mentioned in the referral letter. Please do not go to this office, you will get better service anywhere else!

The staff, especially the receptionist, is completely rude. Arrived on time. She helped the people that came in 10 minutes after us before she helped us. Everything is extremely outdated and I’m pretty sure they don’t follow health protocols. It’s more like a chop shop. Avoid at all costs.

I have the worst anxiety and the oral surgeon assistants where amazing! The doctor was also so reassuring that I’m doing ok and that I’ll be ok. They made me feel ?? so grateful for good humans! Thank you!

This man is a good doctor. Professional and knowledgable. The moment he noticed I was still in pain following local anesthesia, he stopped, applied more, and finished the procedure swiftly. Thank you Dr. Baugh.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING SOMEONE ELSE, AT ANY AND ALL COSTS! NEVER USE A DDS WITH LESS THAN 4 STARS!!! WE ONLY USED HIM BECAUSE OF A REFERRAL. This DDS provided a "service" to my mother in law, back in 2016, and she is STILL in pain!! She went back several times, and when we disputed the charge with our credit card company, he stated that she never complained about anything at all, nor did he ever hear anything from her after the surgery, nor did he ever see her again! That is entirely untrue.
