I did my best to explain the issue thoroughly, but she remained fixated on her initial diagnosis. I'm perplexed by what's happening to my finger, prompting me to seek resolution at the office. Despite lacking medical expertise, I described it as a sensation akin to a bone protrusion. Despite my attempts to convey my symptoms, she was unfamiliar with them. Unsure whether it's bone or ligament-related, I hoped she'd offer insight. She suggested I get an x-ray, leaving me frustrated, confused, and feeling helpless. I went to Patient First, where the doctor diagnosed me with a common ganglion cyst, a diagnosis I could have received without an x-ray. Dr. Carofino performed my surgery, and he along with his staff was amazing! In hindsight, I regret not bypassing her office, saving both time and money. It's coincidental that you 'don't know' any patients who leave you a bad review like me. You all had to have my name in the system because you took my co-payment, but you don't 'remember me'.I

My mother went to see her primary physician. She was in so much pain, she could hardly walk. Her doctor got on the phone and called Dr. Bragg. She was told to come right over. When my mother left Dr. Bragg's office, she was walking normal and pain free. It was unbelievable. Dr. Bragg is a miracle worker.

I'm a 72 year old male and have been treated by Dr. Bragg for the last 2 years. she can explain complex issues in a way that the average person can understand. When you visit Dr. Bragg with pain she develops a plan, it may consist of several different treatments in the plan, when you leave her office you really feel encouraged I love her staff, her nurse Kivonda is so compasionate, professional and thorough. I'm glad Dr. Bragg is younger than me, I know she will always be there when I need her.

I had an appointment with Dr. Bragg as a new patient. I was told that before you are actually given an appt the dr would look over all medical records that needed to be sent and following her review would either be given an appt if she could take you as a patient otherwise would tell you that she didn’t feel that she could help. I was given an appt and drove 2 hrs and spent a bit of money in tolls & gas to get a phone call two hrs prior to my appt saying she wouldn’t see me w/ no explanation.

I have been a long-term and repetitive patient of Dr. Bragg for appx 16 years. She has consistently been a straight-shooter who has always provided me with competent and comprehensive care for my lumbar degenerative disk disease as well as other orthopedic concerns. After having relocated from VA to TX, I required that I have a 2nd surgery (9 years removed from the 1st). I returned to her care for guidance through my 2nd successful back surgery! Respectfully, Charles Brooks (the young one)

After cervical fusion surgery in 2009, the scar tissue impinged on the nerve worse than the herniated disk and I lived in pain for six years. Every drug imaginable--including the opioids, etc.--had been tried without success. My doctor recommended Dr. Bragg and primarily through physical therapy, I got more relief and functionality in six months than I had with all the other attempts. I strongly recommend her to anyone in pain who doesn't want unnecessary surgery or drugs.

I have been seeing Dr. Bragg for years and have always had a great experience. She takes her time and always gives many options to help with my pain. I have had times that I needed therapy and I was able to do so in her office. There are many alternatives to medication and Dr. Bragg offers a Great variety. She takes her time with each exam and makes sure I have a full understanding of my care plan.

Every appointment was a disaster! I had no other option but to see this Doctor. She is argumentative, never Listens, compares you to other patients, spends a lot of time talking about her personal life and problems. Writes false reports, very unethical. Please do not see this Doctor unless it is a last resort. She also encourages pain medications, often at levels that are intolerable then reports that one is drug dependence. Terrible nightmares before and after seeing this Doctor.
